Drives Lawn & Garden division growth by generating leads, writing up maintenance programs, and closing maintenance sales. Helps manage existing customer needs and spotting opportunities to sell other services. Owns the customer relationship from initial consultation through contract signing, then transitions project execution to Lawn & Garden Operations Manager. Partners with President/VP on strategic pursuits.
Qualifications:
-5 years of landscape maintenance, horticulture, green industry sales or a closely related field.
-Working knowledge of plants, turf and seasonal maintenance practices
-Strong communication skills, verbal and written
-Highly organized, self-directed and with the ability to multi-task
-Spanish speaking skills are a plus
