Atlantic Design & Build is seeking a skilled, full-time Carpenter Crew Leader to join our growing team. This role involves a variety of indoor and outdoor rough and finish carpentry tasks across residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities will vary by project, offering diverse and engaging work. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
-3-5yrs of professional carpentry experience
-Ability to read and understand construction drawings
-Proficiency with power tools
-OSHA 10 Certification
-Valid Drivers Licence
Preferred Qualifications
-5+ years of carpentry experience
-Finish carpentry experience
-Equipment operation experience and applicable licensure
-Spanish language skills are a plus
