Atlantic Lawn & Garden is seeking a reliable and motivated Fine Gardening Laborer to support our landscape maintenance and division. This hands-on role involves physical outdoor work, assisting crew leaders, and learning proper horticultural techniques while contributing to the upkeep of high-end residential properties.
Qualifications
-Willingness to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Interest in learning plant care and landscape maintenance practices
-Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required
-Prior lawn maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
| Mow lawns, edge, weed whack, and blow off hard surfaces |
| Operate basic landscape equipment independently (mowers, trimmers, blowers) |
| Pick up yards, remove debris, and maintain clean, professional job sites |
| Assist crew leaders with daily landscape maintenance tasks |
| Load and unload trucks and trailers with equipment, materials, and debris |
