Atlantic Lawn & Garden is seeking an experienced, safety-focused Excavation Equipment Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing precise excavation and grading work, and leading a crew to successfully complete projects according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience operating backhoes, skid steers, and similar heavy equipment.
-Ability to read and interpret construction and grading plans.
-Strong understanding of excavation, drainage, and hardscape installation practices.
-Hoisting Licence required
-Valid drivers licence
-Experience Leading a crew
| Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently |
| Grade and level sites to proper elevations and specifications |
| Install drainage systems, retaining walls, and hardscape foundations |
