Love working with your hands, knowing your plants and leaving places looking better than you found them? Atlantic's Gardening Crew Leaders oversee teams on some of the most beautiful residential and commercial properties in southern Rhode Island.
Since 1997, we've built our reputation on craftsmanship and lasting client relationships — our crew leaders are at the heart of it. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll work alongside your team in the field while setting the pace, upholding our quality standards, and representing Atlantic on every property you touch.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a gardening crew through daily planting, bed care, pruning, mulching, weeding, and seasonal cleanup jobs.
-Set the standard for quality and detail on every visit.
-Coach and develop crew members on technique and plant knowledge.
-Keep accurate field records and communicate with the office and clients.
What we're looking for
-3+ years of landscape or gardening experience, including leading or mentoring others.
-Solid plant knowledge and proper horticultural techniques.
-Valid driver's license and comfort towing a trailer (or willingness to learn).
-Reliable, professional, and ready to work outdoors through the growing season.
-Spanish speaking skills are a plus!
