Atlantic Lawn & Garden is seeking a reliable and motivated Fine Gardening Laborer to support our landscape maintenance and division. This hands-on role involves physical outdoor work, assisting crew leaders, and learning proper horticultural techniques while contributing to the upkeep of high-end residential properties.
Qualifications
-Willingness to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
-Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
-Interest in learning plant care and landscape maintenance practices
-Spanish-speaking skills preferred but not required
| Load and unload trucks/trailers with equipment, materials, and debris |
| Operate basic hand tools (rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, hand pruners) |
| Perform manual labor tasks: mulching, weeding, edging, debris removal |
