We are seeking a full-time Fine Gardening Supervisor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include: -Reviewing upcoming and completed work -Communicating with clients, co-workers and gardening teams to ensure jobs are completed based on seasonal requirements and to the clients satisfaction -Actively participating in various company meetings -Maintaining the divisions schedule -Other various tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background and working experience in plant identification and care knowledge, experience scheduling and overseeing multiple crews, great communication skills (Spanish speaking skills are preferred), a valid drivers license, and an optimistic attitude.
